Payment Options

Payment for Treatment is due at the time of service.

We offer many ways for you to plan for your treatment. We accept cash, personal checks, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. We also offer "Care Credit" to make payment arrangements more convenient for you. You may qualify for interest free financing for up to 12 months. Please call if you have any questions.

Insurance Benefits

As a convenience to you, our office will file your insurance claim. We will help you receive the maximum benefit from your plan. Please remember that your insurance may not cover all dental costs, and the insurance relationship constitutes an agreement between carrier and patient. It is your responsibility to pay any deductible amount, co-insurance, or any other balance not paid by your insurance company.
