Throughout the year, our patients give us the ultimate compliment by referring family and friends to our practice. The Referral Rewards Program is simply our way of saying “Thank You” to our patients for recommending us to their family members, friends, co-workers, and associates. These referrals are the engine that drives our practice.
Here’s how it works:
- Spread the news about Dolphin Dental Group.
- Simply tell a friend, relative, co-worker, etc. about us here at Dolphin Dental Group. If that person schedules a new patient appointment to become our patient, you will be entered into our progressive raffle drawings.
- One entry is received for each and every patient you refer that STARTS treatment (beginning April 1, 2012). These entries will be used in the Grand Prize Drawings. There is no limit to the number of entries you can earn. The more you refer, the better your chances of winning.
- There is absolutely no limit, so, if you refer 10 friends you’ll get 10 Entries into the current drawings.
- Ask your family, friends ,or co-workers to mention your name when they schedule their first visit with us. A new patient must identify you as their referral source.
- We want to create a “buzz” and get people talking about us, and have a lot of fun, too! So tell your friends about us and come along for the ride!
On a Monthly basis, the patient who refers the highest number of new patients to our office will receive a thank you gift!(ex: dinner to a local restaurant, spa treatments, gift cards to department stores, round of golf for two, etc).
ALSO on a Monthly basis, there will be a drawing among all other referers to our office for a thank you gift!(ex: dinner to a local restaurant, spa treatments, gift cards to department stores, round of golf for two, etc).
On a Quarterly basis, we will conduct a drawing from among all the raffle entries for that quarter for our Grand Prize Winner. The Grand Prize will be determined at the start of each quarter(ex:Flat Screen TV, Laptop Computer, Gift Card for Shopping Spree, Vacation Packages, etc).
